Simple Follow these guidelines:

1. Call Quail Valley Farms: We will provide sales brochures for your organization. Call 541-690-1331 or email us at info@fundraising-fruit.com. Please click on “FAQ” tab for answers to commonly asked questions regarding the program.


2. Organize and Schedule: Assemble your team and decide who will be the fundraising leader, the assistant and also the treasurer. Typically, sales campaigns should be run for 2-4 weeks. Each year, there are two order date deadlines. The first order deadline is March 1st for mid-March delivery. The second order deadline is typically the day before Thanksgiving with early December delivery.


3. Publicize: See our “Marketing” tab for more information.


4. Take Orders: Each team member will record and collect the money for their individual orders.


5. Confirm the Final Order: One of the team leaders, as well as the treasurer will consolidate the individual orders onto the Master Order Form (see “Forms” tab), consolidate the funds, and then confirm the final order with Quail Valley Farms via fax (541-245-8590), email or phone call.


6. Delivery and Distribution: Quail Valley Farms will coordinate the fruit delivery with the team leader. Your team will need to be prepared to unload and distribute the fruit upon delivery. Payment for your consolidated order will be due at the time of delivery.

Who doesn’t enjoy making money? The fruit costs no more than grocery store prices, is definitely fresher, and is natural and healthful. Most people want fresh fruit and will look forward to supporting you each year.

Profitable
Each box of fruit will provide your group an average of $10 to $14 profit (see “Forms” tab for current pricing information). A full pallet of approximately 92 cartons will yield approximately $1200 profit. A full truckload of 20 pallets (1840 cartons) will yield approximately $24,000 profit with no hidden costs.
