Quail Valley Farms is dedicated to bringing you delicious and nutritious fruit while keeping the fundraising project simple, enjoyable, and profitable. We provide the fundraising leader with a folder containing an introduction/ guideline letter, a copy of frequently asked questions and answers sheet, pictured sales brochure, individual order form, master order form, current costs and suggested sales prices, and our business card. Simple Follow these guidelines:

1. Call Quail Valley Farms: If you do not already have a folder containing support materials and information, please call us and we will provide it. Local call (541) 690-1331 or for long distance, call toll free at 1-877-489-0535.


2. Organize and Schedule: Assemble your team and decide who will be the fundraising leader, the assistant and also the treasurer. Decide on the sales dates.


3. Publicize: Your team can decide if you want to publicize on posters, on the radio, or by other means. Friends, family, and neighbors should help you easily meet your fundraising goals.


4. Take Orders: Each team member will record and collect the money for their individual orders.


5. Confirm the Final Order: One of the team leaders, as well as the treasurer will consolidate the individual orders onto the Master Order Form, consolidate the funds, and then confirm/fax the final order with Quail Valley Farms.


6. Delivery and Distribution: Quail Valley Farms will coordinate the fruit delivery with the team leader. Your team will need to be prepared to unload and distribute the fruit upon delivery. Payment for your consolidated order will be due at the time of delivery.
